The subjective visual experience does not exactly correspond to the physical properties of the stimulus that triggers the experience. The experience is not an accurate mapping of the physical reality in our field of vision. Although the relationship between the perceived world and the physical world can differ even amongst people with perfect color vision, in my work, I use color blindness to formulate this idea. Depending on the type and severity of the color blindness it can influence differently the perception of physical reality. The work is built upon the personal experience of colorblind people, the social disadvantages and advantages they encounter. It invites you to think about the quale related to the problem of vision and perception.
